Today, I was on a date with this girl I actually like. The date was going really well and it seemed like it would be a good night. While in the movie theater, I went to hold her hand and instead she gave me a hand shake and said, "You're so funny, I'm so glad we're friends". FML

Sounds like she was trying pretty hard to let you down without hurting your feelings. And I can totally see how she ended up on a date without knowing it was a date #3. I have a ton of guy friends and I've agreed to go hang out with them before and not realized it was a date until they started putting the moves on me.
