Today, I was helping a couple come up with a name for the baby they just had. I suggested "Joshua" thinking that it was an okay name. All sudden, the room got quiet. Turns out I had forgotten that Joshua was the name of their 3 year-old son who had died a couple months before. FML

It was a couple months ago, not a century. And it seems like he's super involved in their life (seeing as he was giving name ideas for the newborn) which makes it impossible to forget something like that.

OP never said that he knew that Joshua had died, OP might be a doctor who assisting wit stuff who had never even met the family before. Dont assume guys.
