Today, while away on training with the army, my housemates rang me to tell me some news. They had found a perfect house for next year and they had put an offer on it. The only problem? There are 5 of us and the house is for 4. Guess who hasn't been included. FML

if he was at boot camp he wouldn't be on fml. the army does lots of training all the time not just boot.

i actually had a similar situation happen recently with my two current roommates. and yeah, of course it hurts at first cause they're supposed to be your friends, but like other commenters have said, what kind of friends would just leave you behind like that? not true homies, that's for sure. I eventually realized that I should probably just find some better friends, and maybe you should expand your friend circle as well. you deserve better op
