why don't you call a pest control service? It will probably take more than one treatment though.

If an exterminator's too expensive, get some bug bombs, leave the house for a few hours. Now the bugs they eat and spiders are all dead.

spray peppermint essential oil mixed with water. I had a huge spider problem when we moved to Kentucky and since I started spraying it I haven't had any issues. Best of luck
