Today, I stopped to replace a stuffed bear that had fallen from a small memorial for a girl killed nearby. Her mom happened to walk by and thought I was stealing it. She hit me with her purse. FML

Today, my boyfriend gave me a teddy bear. I thought it was a sweet thing to do, until I saw him open a slit in its back while visiting later in the day and removing a bag of weed. He gave me a teddy bear just so he could smuggle drugs past my parents. FML

I'm 26 and have had a stuffed bear given to me before I was even born (my older sister rejected it). I would be devastated if something happened to him. Hope you get your bear back, OP!

Pretty sure I saw the guy that did it. Small, slimy, walks on all fours, likes raw fish. Goes by the name Smeagol, but might also answer to Gollum. I think he has your precious.
