Today, my mother threw a fit because the psychologist she got me suggested I visit a psychiatrist. Apparently, it's my fault because I "choose" to be so "crazy". FML

Today, I finally convinced my mum to take me to a psychologist. As soon as he sat me down and asked me how I was doing, my mum burst into tears and went on a rant about how her life is terrible and she regrets everything. I was asked to sit in the waiting room. She used up my whole hour. FML

Today, I found one of my mom's old diaries that dated back to my infant days. I couldn't help but read a little. I'm now in great concern over how many times my mom wrote that she wanted to dunk me in the toilet or throw me against a wall. FML

Today, going to my psychiatrist's appointment for my PTSD and depression, my mother yelled about how useless I am and how I torture her existence with my "abnormalities." She told the doctor how much I've improved and become such a delight at home for her and our family. FML

Sucks she read it, but then again, you'll have a dedicated professionnal for you to vent all you want. Use that opportunity, only a fool wouldn't.

Ok, whatever you wrote down on your diary should have stayed in your head. What your mom did was out of line. First, it's your diary, diaries are supposed to be private. Second, what an overeaction. Talking and confronting you about it could have been way better for you instead of "INSTANT PSYCHIATRIST". I sense some major trust issues with you and your mum in the near future.

Maybe she read it because she was worried about her. My mother read my sis`s diary (even though I dont think she can read) to check if she was suicidel o_o I think she read mine too...
