Divorce him!! Just kidding. But, to be honest here, this doesn't seem like much of a problem to me. A simple thank you, even if you don't mean it, wouldn't hurt anyone and if it makes him happy then you have nothing to lose. Besides, as many others have commented, how do we know OP's husband doesn't work his ass off at work AND around the house? Maybe the diaper is just the just the last straw for him. Who knows.

just do the same to him, say he has to thank you after every little chore then to!

I'm assuming you change the diapers regularly without being thanked. Yeah, your husband's a jerk. Tell him to knock it off. If he whines about how all he wants is a simple thanks, tell him that he should then thank you for every little task you do for your child.

Tell your husband that's his duty as a father ... while it's nice to hear a 'thank you' every now & again, it kinda goes without saying. Further more remind him that he's lucky to be married and have sex in the first place, especially since his face looks like that.

maybe it's just me but I don't put up with people like that, and I don't understand why anyone would. If he has a problem doing that now guess what the future holds. it's not going to get better.
