Yea. Just place it on the edge of your tub and use it as a clock. It's fantastic and it'll also buzz you if there's an earthquake.

Yep, I remember doing that #53, many times. And dodgy players that wind out all the tape so that it looks like someone dumped brown spaghetti into it.

Sitting next to the cassette player radio waiting for them to play your favourite song so you can tape it. Anyone ever pirate a record by making a silicone mould and casting your own disk from it? Worth the work to own " kill em all" . Damn radio never played metal.
