Today, my boss called me into his office. After yelling and firing me, his assistant comes in telling him he had mistaken me for someone else. He did not give me my job back, as he claimed it would make an awkward work environment. FML

Today, my boss threw me out of her office during a conference call for daring to correct her. The client fired the company because she subsequently got all the information on the call wrong, and plainly had no idea what was going on. From all the screaming, this is now all my fault. FML

Today, at work one of my co-worker was oddly nice to me; and my boss, who usually always says hi to me, didn't look or speak to me. Later that day I found out that I was going to be fired, not because my boss told me but because my picture was missing from the wall of employees. FML

sue his ass for everything he's got, take all his money, (and get your job back of you want it) get him fired, (get his job if you can) and the assistant and possibly the person that you were mistaken for would be witnesses

I'm not very familiar with how job industry works in the US, but don't you have unions to defend your rights as an employee ? as a French it sounds to me incredible to be fired which no valid reason
