Today, is my boyfriend and my 3 year anniversary. We decided to give each other something that we really needed. I bought him the $300 worth of books that he needed for college. He surprised me with a workout video and exercise equipment. FML

Well? How would you rather he tell you? Also, maybe you hinted at needing something like that. A word of advise for the future, an anniversary is about getting the other something they absolutely do not need.

.....Ummm...FYL, you've wasted 3 years with a jackass. Who else besides a totaly jackass would give you a workout video and equipment for a 3 year anniversary?? He could have simply DISCUSSED it with you if your weight was really bothering him for some odd reason, (after three years, he should have accepted your appearance and not have been hinting that you are a whale) instead of buying you workout equipment for a 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY. Lame.
