Whatever this means for you, OP, your doctor's manner of delivering the news was appallingly insensitive. I hope you have supportive people around who can help you process this. I'm sure people will say you have options, you could adopt, or or meet someone with kids, or even that you might prefer to not have kids. All of that is valid, but doesn't matter right now. What matters is how you feel right now and what you need to deal with the situation. Look after yourself and don't let anyone convince you this is the end of the world.
My aunt was born with a condition that required removal of her uterus when she hit puberty. She adopted two and they are family, she IS their mom, I think they were both only a few days to weeks when she got them. If you want kids there will always be kids that need a mom as sad as it is, though your doctor still needs a good boot to the balls for sheer tactlessness......
Try to get a second opinion. If that is still the outcome, there are many ways of achieving parenthood. Best of luck, OP.
Consider adoption. There are so many kids out there already in existence who have just been abandoned and have nobody to love them.
wow that's really sad ? sorry OP
In ivf, my friend. I know a girl who had one at that same age and it sure is rough. Sorry to read this, OP. Best of luck.
That happens when you do kinky rough stuff, you must be one of those NASTY girls I'm just kidding I have no idea that that is. You can alway adopt a kid. You can have my little cousin he NUTZ
A hysterectomy is the removal of a woman's uterus and oftentimes vulva. Some women even have to have their ovaries removed, effectively placing them in menopause at an early age unless they are placed on intense hormone therapy. The recovery can be fast or take months.
I hope you got a second opinion. many make doctors have women get hysterectomies and it is unneccessary. I was told 6 years ago that I needed one... I have a 9 month old.. the old fashion way.

Well there are two options: you may be able to harvest some eggs and save them for later for use in ivf, or you can adopt and give an existing kid a loving home. Either way, best of luck OP.
That sucks; I'd go get a second opinion if I were in your shoes.
