where does she buy anything? almost everything is made in China now!
I feel ya, OP. I work for a paint company and a customer called in mad because he couldn't read the label. When I offered to help, he got mad because we "wouldn't have to make the label so small if we didn't have to make room for Mexicans". Hang in there OP, you don't come across those people too often.
holy shit that's is beyond rude ! I'm sorry you had to hear that.
I can only hope there's still time to do what's moral and import reading glasses from Antarctica. Better douse the store in holy water too for good measure.
She makes a point... That shouldn't Be ignored if you understood what made in China means for the people in China..
While it's true that conditions in factories overseas is (way too often) appalling, OP's username suggests that the customer wasn't exactly thinking about the welfare of Chinese workers.
I bet you he likes Donald trump
That wouldn't surprise me at all
Which is funny because Trump outsources.
An unborn fetus in a sweatshop made those reading glasses.
I bet they said that with an iPhone in their hand.
If they don't like Chinese made products then she can shop at a different store or be escorted out of the store by security
Probably the second, cause I can't think of a store that doesn't primarily have cheap Chinese stuff for things like reading glasses.
that Customer is crazy or just plain mean

Alright, well, if they're willing to pay the literal price for products made in this country, I'm sure there's an Etsy shop for that.
