Today, I was pulled over by the police. The cop was my ex-boyfriend. He had no legitimate reason to pull me over, so he thoroughly checked my car. He gave me a defect notice and a fine. What for? A broken door lock, on my rear passenger door. FML

This is why you should never date a police officer everyone.

The fourth amendment has to do with America, if you look at where she's from, it says Australia... But, I'm sure it works the same as it does in America. He did't have probable cause to search your car.
