I generally like kids, but little bastards like these piss me off a few points of inquiry: 1) Would anyone actually kick these miserable little ***** asses? 2) Nah nah! We're kids so if you do anything to us we'll tell our parents and they'll come after you 3) Screw the fact that they're children and sit on one until the cops arrive, then sue the hell out of their parents for allowing their little brats to ruin your property

Actually think about this, people...Knowing the police response time for minor things like that (in my city anyway), OP would have had to actually grab and physically detain at least one of them for a significant amount of time, and assuming these shitheads are 13-16 years old, they'd turn the tables and accuse OP of kidnapping, abuse or something else. It's not like he was all, "you kids sit here and wait for me to call the police" and they politely cooperated. My guess is they probably all scattered. And if OP has no evidence, it's hard to get anything done about it. So it's an all around lose-lose situation for poor OP, which is shitty.
