Today, I took the 6 year old I'm babysitting to the mall to see Santa after weeks of her begging. We got there in time to see him get out of his Prius and dress in the parking lot. FML

Here in the Netherlands we celebrate something similar (Sinterklaas). When kids happen to see 2 of them at the same time, or a fake beard, parents generally tell them they are "help santas", because the real one can't be everywhere at the same time :)
