Today, I spent $500 buying my lost cat back from a jerk who thought it was his. I get home and my mom tells me that she'd sold it to the same guy for $10 because she thought the cat was ruining my love life. FML

If you are spending $500 on a cat and not just demanding the SOB give it back, it's not your love life that is ruined -- it's your WHOLE life that is ruined. You have no common sense or courage or any idea of the value of money. Lack of sex is just going to be the least of your problems. Wtf? Your an idiot but Perdix is right ofcourse. If you dont have the guts to demand yiur cat back and let alone back it up with evidence such as photos and the cat responding to you then yeah you deserve it. And your a blantant idiot for writing it off as a stupid comment as your narrow minded mind probably couldnt handle reading the 2 paragraphs. It wasnt a stupid comment it was a smart way to tell someone that their too afraid of confrontation to even ask for the cat back and if this habit continues then they'll end up living in a rut. You've obviously never bonded with an animal. My personal opinion is $500 is extreme but I'd go to a lot of effort to get any of my pets back if something like this happened to me.
