@8: I pretty much agree, I imagine a good amount of men have thought of it. @18: Of course 13 hasn't been raped. No one who's been raped likes to talk about it/fantasizes about it. It's a horrible thing. Turning something good into something terrible in a way that scars most people for life in one way or another doesn't make for roleplaying fantasies. Rape fantasies are really just dominance fantasies taken to a bit of an extreme. It's fine, if both participants are into it. There's a big difference between pretending you're being raped by someone you consider beautiful and getting caught in the feeling a bit, but knowing you're safe in the arms of a lover, and actually being forced into sex with someone.
