And if it gets stolen? And there's private info on most people's phones. When mine was stolen and had a passcode on it, it was returned because they realized they had no use for it.

usually if it fails enough times they let you unlock it and make a new pw with your email if its set up with your phone

Usually it just deletes all of your data if you get it wrong too many times

There's lots of ways to get rid of it or change it, if its an iPhone just connect it to iTunes or like use your email, unless your too stupid to take any precautions for this type of thing..
