Today, I realized that my girlfriend had never said anything about the proposal ring I had put into a box of her Froot Loops. When I hinted it to her, she said that the cereal had expired, so she threw out the box. FML

Yeah, I'm pretty sure if I found an engagement ring in my morning cereal, I would just be really confused. I'm not sure I would even assume my boyfriend placed it there. Really, what did you expect? For her to call you and be like, "Is this your engagement ring?" I hope you find the ring and manage to purpose to her in person - and avoid food in general next time.

Calm the f*ck down. They are getting repetitive. Telling people to get a life is so elementary school. You would think that people would learn if you are going to do something like put an expensive ring or present in an everyday object, you shouldn't let it out of your site, especially if it can be thrown away.

What is it with everyone hiding proposal rings in food? That's ******* disgusting, not romantic! Just image what happens if she bit on it, she might bite a tooth out and the ring would definitely have bite marks on it. Let's not mention what would be if she didn't notice and swallowed it... It was pretty expensive, wasn't it? I'm guessing so, because the price of a ring tends to be inversely proportional to how stupid the places are that people put them. And seriously... she must not eat Fruit Loops all that often if the cereal actually expired. If you're that stupid, please do your part for society and do not have kids. Our species cannot afford to have your genes passed to the next generation.
