Think about it this way: the "ones who can have a conversation" are really just the smooth talkers that are just in it for the goods anyways. The nerds just aren't able to hide their attraction but will actually treat you much better in a long-term relationship.

I've noticed that most women who complain about guys looking at their breasts are wearing tops that barely cover more than a pasty would. Those types of outfits are fine when you're out on the town and actually looking for the attention, but in a work/school environment, they are inappropriate.
