Today, I ran into my boyfriend's ex. I decided to be a good person and hold the door for her as we walked into the store. She decided to be the bitch she is and stomp on my foot as she walked through the open doorway. FML

I hate people like that. They can't just put things in the past and move on. Your ex sounds like a self centered bitch that holds grudges. Next time you see her , just ignore her. She doesn't deserve anyone being nice to her if that is the way she is going to act about it.
