Today, I moved to Florida because I have poor circulation and need to be in a warm environment. The first day at my new job, I discovered my co-worker is an overweight man who wears a wool suit every day, and insists on keeping the office chilled to 65 degrees. I can't feel my fingers or toes. FML

usually, I would make some witty comment... but this just sucks :(

Just keep your head cool and don't argue with him. You don't want things heating up in the office now do we?

How exactly would a coat help bad circulation, which affects mainly the extremities? If I were in a bad mood I'd make a comment about lack of circulation to the brain, but I'm feeling quite chipper :P

They mean Fahrenheit; 65 is a warm-ish cool day, 30 is below freezing :-)

depends on the place below freezing is nothing in some places. It just sounds bad cause it's only water that freezes not anything alive cept little buggies:).

The wool suit part cracked me up. Anyways, you should tell him about your condition and get him to make the temperature warmer. Hopefully he understands..

YDI for making an Asian joke in front of Makoto Chong.

get a space heater. they are quite common, even in South Florida offices.

Get used to it. Everyone does that in Florida. You should have looked into where you're moving to before you go.

Or space heater, actually. You know, since a sweater probably won't help.
