Today, I had to visit a client because his printer had broken down. After driving for an hour, then being screamed at about how horrible my company's service is, I walked over to his printer and found the problem: there was no paper loaded. FML

Paper is very important...but if it is a printer that says no paper loaded I don't follow why they can't figure that if its older then I can understand....I did the same thing with an older printer I thought the ink was out at first...then checked the tray...

And no one bothered to phone the man to ask the basic questions? Could've saved you an hour drive!

The client must be my dad, he's a doctor and cannot ever get his printer to work.
