Today, I found out that the cause of the recent pain in my chest was that I had a torn muscle. What caused this? I sneezed. FML

I am betting he means "pulled a muscle" which is how people sometimes describe "costochondritis". it also makes me wonder o if he went to the er for chest pain. usually, when a young person having chest pain with no heart problems and no reason to have really early heart trouble they are diagnosed with acid reflux, anxiety, or costochondritis.

yeah sneezing actually really injures like that. If you hold it in too much you can actually crack a rib.

I did that too! but it was a muscle in my back. and it didn't go away for like a month

I've pulled a muscle in my back as well, from coughing though.. Every time I would cough after that for about the next month it felt like it happened again
