To the people that think this is a case of incest...no, just no. Otherwise the FML probably would have said the son was "ALSO" the nephew, instead of "actually".

For the people who don't understand this, OP is a man and his Gf/fiancé/wife had a child he originally thought was his and it turned out that the child was, in fact, his brother's.
