That's ruff.

I don't want to be negative, but...if a dog fell down the stairs, they could more than possibly seriously injured or killed. Humans tend to be tougher than animals, so, if you're still pretty young (but not a child) odds are good you'll survive to get up and do it again. You may be sore, and in pain, but you're still alive, and the dog likely would have died. And some people are that sentimental about their pets. That said, I AM sorry you fell down the stairs, and hope you're alright.

I feel your pain OP. I am extremely clumsy and fall up and down the stairs quite often. If I do all I hear is "Jessica fell down the stairs again!" from the other room... FML....
