#5: many guys (myself included) dig neck-biting without being vampires. #9: it doesn't take much to pop a pimple if it's already near bursting. Everyone else: you're absolutely right, this is beyond disgusting.

Just think about it from his perspective: "Today, my girlfriend bit my neck, probably imitating some lame-ass twilight bs, and popped my pimple. Now the pimple that I was already embarrassed about hurts like hell, looks worse, and will probably get infected or something. FML"
