At least he wants kids with you or has considered it so he doesn't really care if you're not a twig but if you aren't happy with your body make time to work out so you can feel better about yourself

As a large woman, I don't find this the least bit offensive. I think you need to start liking yourself. You seem to be looking for the negative in his comments about your body instead of focusing on the fact that he likes you the way you are.

Like most guys would, he was trying to make you feel better the best way he knows how. Yes, ideally he would have said "no honey you're so thin" but either (a) that would be a lie and he didn't want to lie, or (b) it just didn't come to him at the time.
