The best part of breaking up…

By Anonymous - 19/10/2009 23:51 - Canada

Today, my girlfriend and I got into a huge fight. She kicked me out of the apartment and told me to never come back. Devastated, I waited outside of the apartment door for hours, hoping she'd reconsider. I ended up falling asleep. I woke up to her foot stomping on me, screaming, "I meant it!" FML

Is your name on the rent paperwork? If so, walk back in and tell that bitch to **** off. If your info isn't on the papers, she still has to give you an eviction notice. Also, you might want to check with the landlord there if neither of the above is the case. You might be able to get her kicked out for letting you stay there against her contract. FYL for having to deal with a horrible woman.

+1 and tbh, YDI for being such a pussy; which man gets kicked out of his OWN appartment? if the bitch won't listen, slap her... like a pimp

FEEL MAH PIMP HAND, BEEYACH *crazy whip noise* lol, nah. you should never hit women. but OP is a ******* bitch, grow a pair of balls and rape her.

It doesn't say it was his apartment. It also doesn't say what the argument was about, so none of us can really cast a vote.

Okay, I just read about the edit to your original post, OP. YLi[definitely]F, and your girlfriend is a crazy bitch. Nothing you could have said could have earned you potentially lifelong physical damage. That seriously sucks.

Well the way OP said "the apartment" makes it sound like it was shared. So it was his, AND hers. She has no right to kick him out any more than he has the right to kick her out. He DOES, however, have the right to kick her **** now =]

I don't know how to see an edit, but it doesn't say that only things were said. It says that they got into a fight. That means that he could have done something as well. If he cheated, I can see a reason for a big fight and never wanting him to come back. If he hit her and she managed to get him out the door, same deal. I wouldn't want to see his face again either.

Ever think it's possible he could have done something deplorable and she was right to throw him out, whether he was on the lease or not?

It isn't her right to throw him out of an apartment he shares equally with her, no matter what he did.

I honestly don't think that the OP is concerned about being thrown out of the apartment, but rather that the relationship is over. He states that he stayed in order to see if she would change her mind about not wanting to ever see him again.

#77 Nothing deserves violence as a response. OP-try to get her finance and everything ****** up, she deserves it for stomping in you. And FYL, whatever you did or did not do to earn that. Women can be devilish sometimes...

Dude, seriously, grow some balls. Why do you LET her kick you out of the appartment in the first place?

Ever gone up against an angry woman? I mean a seriously angry woman?

3 - because its probably not his apartment so he was no right to be there, balls or no balls

That hurts but maybe you just should've left?

Seriously. That just sounds cold. As in temperature-wise. Go somewhere else if you can't get back in or don't want to make a scene. Is anyone else curious as to what he DID, though? I mean, it'd take a lot for me to treat my husband like that. A LOT.

Exactly. OP- who's apartment was it? If it was your gf's- well, that is creepy, and you probably do deserve it. She needed some time alone, and she goes outside to find her boyfriend who she just had a fight with sleeping outside her door! I would be freaked out, not overcome with love!!! If it was YOUR apartment, **** her! Go back into the apartment and don't let her boss you around!!!! Either way, it wasn't very romantic to sit outside like a pathetic puppy.

YDI for just sitting there like a kicked puppy. Either go to the police and make her let you back in, or, if that's not legally your right, deal with it and leave. Doesn't sound like she was "reconsidering". FYL for her being a psychotic bitch. Unless you ever did her physical harm, which I somehow doubt, then she had no right to do that. What a ****. You could've been a rude, insensitive, even cheating jerk, but she is worse now for that.

Press charges for assault and battery and get her arrested

there's a saying about a scorned woman, but you should have said " a ******** is out of the question I guess"

God foot stomping turns me on, work the groin baby!

So when little kids pout and stomp you get a hard-on? Sweet.

um. we don't even know what the argument was about. HE could have started it. HE could have said horrible hurtful things. maybe he's a ********. shouldn't be feeling sorry for him and insulting the girl unless you know all the details. it takes 2 people to argue anyway. maybe she was wrong and she shouldn't have done it. but maybe he was and he deserved it. shouldn't make assumptions.

Ok, I'm going to respectfully disagree. I don't think it's ok to physically hurt someone, especially in such a sensitive area, over an argument. Even if he cheated. Even if he called her an ugly ****. Kick him out, make his life miserable, whatever. Violence isn't ok. What if she had been the one sitting there and he came out and punched her in the mouth? Would that be ok? I don't think so. She could've handled that better, in my opinion.

Violence is always the answer. Clearly you have not seen an episode of Jerry Springer. Here's a handy tip-the chair you're sitting in can become an inexpensive missile to use against your opponent.

I'm on a bed. I'm not strong enough to lob it at someone's head.

What's this about "such a sensitive area"? I agree with you that violence is not an option, but nowhere in the FML did the OP state which part of his body was being stomped on.

Um, I think it's been edited. I'm pretty sure it first said "on my junk" or something. Maybe I'm going totally crazy. I haven't slept at all. But I'm pretty sure that's what it said.

Good, good. I was worried I had just lost it. XD

and what would you say if some guy said "she must have said something he didn't like. she deserved to get the shit beat out of her". she's a **** for getting physical. case closed. stupid ****.

You're right. Violence isn't the answer. It's the question. And the answer is hell yes. [/tv tropes] Seriously though, OP's... ex-girlfriend can scream all she wants, but his crotch is not her personal punching bag. She deserves to be arrested on assault charges, especially if he was just sitting there, and nothing more. Have to give props to the OP for preparing to fight for their relationship. To bad it ended so... painfully. FYL.

Not that violence is by any means the answer, but if he did cheat and then thought it was a smart idea to stick around when she told him to leave her alone, he really shouldn't have expected any less. Prepare for the worst. If he cheated, then that would most likely be the first place to go for.

Damn boy, what did you do!? You sure you want a violent mistress like that?

Damn that woman! What do you think about the rest of them?

As long as they stay in the kitchen, I have no problem. Haha, just kidding! That's ****** up.
