Not a new job, you need a good lawyer. Sexual harassment is an actionable offense.

If it's a small company, then you could sue the company and who knows that you could win the company and be the new boss. If it's a large company, a lawyer will likely get you a solid payday off the harassment. If you go to HR in a larger company they'll likely fire your boss and the coworker, but don't trust them to have your best interest at heart. Their job is to cover the company's ass.
