Today, my friend and I got really drunk at the holiday staff party. When I went to work afterwards, everyone gave me the death stare. Apparently, I got so drunk that I flashed my boss's 13-year-old son. FML

YDI for getting drunk at a WORK EVENT. That said, props to you for giving the young guy a show he will never forget. I'm sure he appreciates it. lol

id ike to be at that party gigady gigady goooooo

Yes, it is illegal to flash minors or actually anyone else who is not consenting. You're lucky that they're not filing charges, not that this couldn't still happen. And I wouldn't count on having much luck with the legal system given how many witnesses there were that will tell the identical story. Assuming you get out of this without legal trouble, I'd start looking for a new job immediately. If you haven't been fired yet, I'm sure that you will be. You need to look into an alcoholism treatment program while you still have insurance. Then you need to start going to AA. You're one of the many who shouldn't drink. IMO drinking at work is never a good idea, but you're in another category entirely. You need to stop this at once.

Oh my christ, shut the **** up. Why the hell does she need to attend AA? Cos she binge a wee bit. Who doesn't at times.

I agree completely. I'm not one who thinks treatment centers are necessary for recovery (I could never afford treatment), but you should get into one if you can. And absolutely go to AA, before you drink and do another thing that could ruin your life. If you're charged you'll not only go to prison, you'll be labeled as a sex offender when in prison and after you get out. And when you're a sex offender you can forget about getting a car, an apartment, or a job in this economy.

lol, where do you people live?! - Illegal to flash infront of a minor, alcohol ban etc.... that SUCKS!! There are no restrictions anywhere near that in denmark and thank God there ain't!!!

Well, as you can see from that little line under the FML, OP lives in Florida. It's one of the 50 United States, perhaps you've heard of it? Anyway, I don't know who said anything about alcohol bans, but I agree that's stupid (they tried it here once, many years ago, and it didn't work). But seriously, you honestly think that flashing a minor being a criminal offense is an "LOL THAT SUCKS!!" thing? I'll stay out of Denmark, thanks. I'm not any kind of sexual prude or anything, but if some creep came up and flashed his wang at my kid, I'd be in jail too, for beating the holy hell out of them. (And no, I'm not sexist. If some random creep flashed her **** at my kid, the same thing would happen). Personally, I'd much rather my offspring, or anyone's offspring really, be exposed to parts of peoples' bodies on their OWN terms, not when some adult decides to perv on them. BUT LOL @ THAT, AMIRITE???!!!! -_-

a 13year old would probably have been as drunk as you if it was DK ;)

...And you still have a job? I highly doubt this happened. Then again, dumb people people do dumb things.

It could be worse, you could have driven home while drunk, next morning discovered you'd peed yourself and the driver's seat, then dressed accidentally in drag to go to work. Apparently it happens?

my stepdads friend (who is uper fuckkn hotttt :P) gave me a bj at one like that. she's like 23 or something jus outa nursing school... heelllzzz yeah. I'm 14 :)

Yeah, that's bullshit. To the OP, YDI for having a drinking problem AND being a sex offender.

haha yeah you wish 106. keep dreaming.

You deserve it. It's just common sense not to get drunk at a work party. You're stupid.
