Today, I learned the hard way that age is not just a number when I completely threw out my back while sitting on the ground, gently tossing a ball. FML

One of my favorite subjects: - Do morning and night stretching (try yoga or tai chi) - Do calisthenics, cardio and weightlifting - Eat a balanced diet - Get adequate sleep - Do not sit or lay down too much. You're better off standing too much. Do this for the rest of your life and you will less likely throw out your back
