You might want to go to a doctor and get that checked out ya might not have a double chin you could possibly have thyroid or lymph node issue causing swelling or you just have really bad posture maybe.
Unfortunately double chins can be a genetic thing and even skinny people can have them. If it’s a new occurrence, it could be due to medication or something else; ask your doctor about it if it is something that has recently showed up.

You don't need to look like the people on TV. Having a body with natural variation is completely okay, and the idea that the only 'pretty' people are TV actors selected for skinny and square jaws is ridiculous, much less the idea that those are the only people worth caring about.
