That was two years ago and the blowhard died today, don’t see a problem. Do you really expect your friends to celebrate your award every year?
Well, the bastard was a horrible human being. I think 60% of the nation was not in the slightest sad to see him go. (While fox news had a headline about losing "The Greatest of the Great." **** Fox News.)
The moral of the story is that if you want people to be really passionate about you, be a nasty racist, sexist, lying piece of shit.
Congratulations on your award!
To be fair, his death has a bigger impact and is a better topic of conversation than your award ever could or will be. I don't understand why this is an FML rather than a, "Yeah, that makes sense, a bigot who has been loudly trash for decades dying is more important than an award I, a non famous or important person, won two years ago." Get your head out of your butt.
Well done on being awarded for doing a thing. I don't know how close it is to breaking even, but let them enjoy the death of a horrible piece of shit. We'll enjoy your thing.

His death does way, way more for the country than you did, sorry. He LITERALLY used to mock anyone who died from AIDS and celebrate their death. The man was a monster and good damn riddance.
