Show it anywayYou asked him to help you lose weight at some point. He agreed. That means he has to do his job and encourage you to lose weight, even when you say you give up.
I feel sorry for your fella... My girlfriend asked me to help her lose weight but when I try to help I get my head bitten off... Op should put down the fork
Here's an easy workout to help you lose weight. When someone offers you food, turn your head to the left, then to the right, repeat.
For real take his advice! he might realise you've let yourself go BEFORE your even married and be scared of what you'll become in 10 years
sounds exactly like my husband!
Really? She does not need to take his advice, leave her alone dick head.
Now, if she were to say, spin on his dick, there would in fact be a positive result for both parties, assuming he's relatively competent in the art of love making.
love the picture
Hey, fat girls need love too. They just have to pay for it...
sounds like you two are going to have a nice, long marriage.
^agreed OP, while your man shouldn't have said that, YDI
Because the girl at the gym is thin.
You both obviously have control issues.
How do you figure? There's no proof that OP is actually fat or has self control issues, only that she wanted to lose weight and her fiancé wanted her to also. I've known girls that are a perfect size whose boyfriends have told them to lose weight, it happens, some guys just like em skinny as hell lol.
as long as op is happy with her weight there's nothing wrong :3 the fiancé is just being a jerk
@ 52- But obviously she is NOT happy with her weight, or she wouldn't have asked for help losing weight, nor would she have said she 'gave up', it would have been something about achieving her goal, or something. The fiance DOES mean well, although there's probably a better way to have gone about it.
We don't really know if she's fat at all. Tons of women think they need to lose weight when they really don't, and her fiancé just might be the type of guy who likes very skinny women. He might be the reason she started the diet, given that he seems to have no issue commenting on her weight. Maybe she was happy with her weight until he made snide comments. Without a picture or knowing her size, we just can't know.
idiot
It annoys me when people blame 'bad genetics'. My 'bad genetics' are just that I have a larger bone structure and naturally bigger busts. That presents a bit of a challenge, but determination can over-come it. I grew up overweight because my mom fed us like crazy. I got teased for my weight, and finally did something about it. I went from 5'6" and 190 lbs to 150 lbs. This is still difficult to maintain, given that the rest of my family is still overweight, but I do it. The rewards start presenting themselves, like when you get to buy your first pair of skinny jeans, or your first bikini. Start playing sports (I do tennis and lacrosse) and write down what you eat everyday, because that helps you start eating a lot less. Trust me, when you reach each goal, that feeling keeps you going. It feels so much better when you're healthy.
well you do need to fit into that wedding dress..
Ooh, burn.
Sounds like your boyfriend is caring. He only wants the best for you. Stop being a quitter, and get the **** back on the treadmill.
What has genetics got to do with determination? Just because OP doesn't have genetics, doesn't mean she should be a quitter and sob about her weight and not do anything about it. Thank you for you constructive criticism, I'll take it into consideration.
maybe you guys forgot, but even dudes and chicks with fast metabolisms and shit still have to work hard. seriously... it's apparent that op's issue is self-control. the point is that he means well, and she committed herself to losing weight, only to quit abruptly. aiee... |the kid|
or mane he only want the best for him :D
For your back double bi, bring your elbows forward a bit so you're not scrunching your back and rotate your wrists up just a bit so they don't look broken. My fiancé's a competitive bodybuilder so I have posing hammered in my head and whenever we watch any guys pose we just have the mindset to critique. To everyone else, maybe OP has been overweight her whole life and has bad genetics that make it hard to lose weight. After trying 1000 different ways to lose weight without seeing results due to bad genetics, you have very little motivation left to try. I've fought with my weight all my life because my dad fed me McDonalds every day and my his side of the family has bad genetics. Once you've tried losing weight all your life with little to no results, you really have no desire to try anymore. The only reason I tried this last time was to lose some weight before my fiancé and I get married so I won't get as big when we have kids. I've lost 25lbs and can't lose anymore it seems. I'm back to my weight in high school but I don't think I'll get much further. Bad genetics just play a huge role.
Sorry, but so does eating everything in sight. Both sides of my family have weight troubles, but my sister and I are the weight we need to be at because we pay attention. And even despite being diabetic (a genetic disease), it's always been this way. I don't mean to be harsh, that's just life.
Ok, Thanks, but I'm not a professional bodybuilder or compete in any competitions. I do it just as a hobby, and it ads benefits to my rugby which I take seriously. But thank you anyways.
Ever watched a show called "The Biggest Looser" people from many different back grounds has come into the show bitching, complaining about how they can't loose weight because of genetics, two or three jobs, parenting, death in the family and so on. I don't want to sound harsh but that's life. It all bares down to the individual on how they conduct their life. Towards the end of the biggest looser the contestants were able to loose weight so that tells me regardless of what your back ground may be it all comes down to self control, determination, discipline and dieting. You have to eat multiple meals through out the day, hydrate yourself with water of course and make sure to eat healthy and when you work out you have to have a mixture of aerobic and anaerobic exercises which will help your burn more calories. Before you throw back snide comment presently I have two jobs working 7 days a week, a fiancée at home, two dogs, one cat, tending to my apartment because my fiancée is a slob and school. For the first time in a long time I hit 200 lb and I'm only 5'6. A month ago I made a promise to myself that I need to get off my fat ass and stop making excuses and do something about it because my doctor has informed me that my sodium level is high and I am at risk of having high blood pressure and becoming diabetic (my family is prone to becoming diabetic its genetics) So there should be no reason as to why you or any body shouldn't be able to loose weight because I have already lost 20 lbs.

good job man (:
so keep on keeping on...as they say...I have a niece like that...her mom fed her mcD's to shut her up instead of being a proper parent & saying NO. she now is 21yrs old 5' 4", 300+lbs (will die from it before she's 30 according to her doctor) & yet refuses (like you) to continue to try to fix the problem because of supposed "bad genetics" (her aunts on her dads side are all fat because they eat too much all the time) & so she thinks it's normal for her to be morbidly obese like them (even though my side of the family & her own dad are all slender).
$100 says your a fat kent
