This is written horribly, but pretty damn funny. If it wasn't so outlandish, I'd say you should call the cops. However, since you don't KNOW for sure, set up cameras / motion lights, etc.

Do not you not have curtains???????? If you sleep on a level where people can see in, obviously you need curtains! Also, call the police. That's really disturbing.
