Eh. I'm 19 (at the time of this comment), and I have a similar issue. Don't feel too ashamed cause other people struggle with comprehending basic common knowledge. Maybe find a skill that will help you distinguish your left from your right better. Like driving. For me, it's boxing cause I gotta know an orthodox stance from southpaw and what punch to throw.

Dont worry. In my 20s I lost my ability to know my left from my right too. Its only been coming back the last few years. Im 50. Lolol. Just go according to the hand you write with whether your right handed or left handed.
