Today, it took me longer than it should have with a bit of calculations to remember how old I am. FML

Is that not something you've kept track of over the years?

The older you get, the harder it is to figure out how old you are. I feel you.

No, it's something you don't consciously think about. It's only when some asks you or a birthday comes up.

Yeah, it isn't something you should have to consciously think about. It's something you should automatically know. Maybe I'm just different like that though being over there age of five, but younger than 60 and whatnot...

As you get older the years start to melt into one another as less and less significant things happen which causes the years to seemingly pass faster and thinking about one's age is no longer a question of how long you've been around but rather it becomes a reminder of how long you've got to go.... besides there area lot of people that don't like admitting that they are getting older as every day passes.

When I flash my fingers and say "This many," my artha-ritis flares up and it hurts, and I have to take an Aleve and a Viagra.

Well, when I count by elevens using The Punisher, they are so impressed/disgusted/stunned, they never challenge me when I lie about my age.

I'm ashamed to admit that I have to think about it sometimes. I'm 16 and was born in 2000.

Dude. For real? You have the easiest age-calculation since the 1900 babies. Once your birthday has passed, you write your age in the date every day. Simple as fuck.
