She may even realize that he still likes her, but she thinks that as long as she doesn't kiss him, this is acceptable behavior because they wanted to "still be friends." Discuss how this makes you feel, that she is talking to another guy like this. Ask her how she'd feel if you wrote like that to one of your exes. Discuss emotional cheating. And if they are going out as friends, perhaps it should be a group event.

Seems like she's really into attention or specifically trying to make you jealous. Either way, tell her to stop, or that maybe she shouldn't be in a relationship. I know that's pretty tough for you, but this relationship is about your feelings too, and honestly I wouldn't find it funny if my boyfriend had flirty messages with other people, even if he meant nothing by it.
