If you "had a go" at him more often, that night help.
I don't know about you, but I think he is trying to give you a hint. YDI.
To everybody saying he needs some me time you need more information. You don't know how often he watches TV. It could be all the time therefore showing that he does need to watch the TV less and have less me time
You should try talking to him about this in a calm way. BTW, even if it's his me time, TV is usually not a constructive hobby, and not one which aids to self-development (sure, some things are worth watching, but we don't know that OP's hubby is a Discovery and National Geographic eater).
#60....just shut up. honestly? constructive? the man likes his football. shut up about all this constructive time and how he needs to do something...you're a loser. fyl #60.
In his defense he only wanted you to be quieter, otherwise he would have pressed the mute or off buttons.
Well he is the MAN.of the house sooo he gets priority over you... Leave him be unless you enjoy being alone and broke!
