If you don't approve of the union, you have every right to decline the position of best man, or further, decline to attend the wedding at all. If you're concerned about hurting your brother's feelings, or having there be family tensions, consider that your brother clearly doesn't care about your feelings if he's marrying your ex, so why should you be concerned about his?
