Today, my younger brother got in engaged. When we had a conversation about the wedding, he asked why the hell would I be involved with any of it! He used to be my best friend. I don’t know what happened. FML

The wedding is usually (not always) the Bride’s arrangement and the Groom and groom’s family usually pretty much do as the Bride has requested. It’s possible that the Groom’s sister (OP) started making a lot of unwanted suggestions about the wedding and that could be the reason for the response.
