Do you know nothing about biology? if were a virgin when you met him and have had no sexual contact with anyone else, then you're husband lied to you, he had sex with someone else either before you and didnt admit it, or afterwords which means he cheated. This is only true if its genital herpes, if its not genital herpes, you could have come into contact with it in variety of ways, most likely explanation is however that he cheated on you and gave it to you.

Maybe you had facial herpes (cold sores) and you didn't know it (you probably got it from kissing someone) and you gave him a bj, infecting him with genital herpes, and when you had sex with him, he gave it to you.
