The real question on everyone's mind: What IS the right vs. wrong way?
I'm guessing you knew about her OCD before you decided to marry her. If you're not willing to accept it without posting here to complain, should you really be marrying her? She can't help it. OCD is not a choice, and I would want my fiance to be more to be more understanding if I were her.
OCD does not compel people to give twenty minute lectures about how to accommodate their eccentricities.
She has OCD, you dick. She's suffering more than you are. If you can't be supportive of her, you never should have proposed. Coming from someone with OCD, you're a heartless bastard. YDI.
Last I checked, the symptoms of OCD weren't "yelling at people". Coming from someone with OCD, I'd expect you to know that.
If something gets you really upset, you yell. It's kind of human nature.
Ydi for not calling off the wedding.
My mom does the same thing. It's just annoying to have to flip it the wrong way. Don't feel bad she's bitched me out about it too
If you love her you have to learn to live with it
You can still say no!
Better get used to it now :)

There's more than one way to do this?
Make sure you request lots and lots of light bulbs on your wedding registry!
