I'm sorry OP! Gosh that must be terrible... I do migraines all the time, but... this is like a curse!! Maybe ask your doctor to prescribe you specific migraine painkillers and take them 20 minutes before sex?

I have recently found this thing called Migraines Be Kool. It's a menthol strip that you put on your head. I original bought it to help bring down a fever, but tried it for a migraine. It doesn't cure it, but t does help.

Migraine is often a symptom of dehydration - and orgasms sometimes lead to dehydration. Few glasses of water could help.
