Oh god... that's awful OP. I get migraines on occasion and I can't imagine not being able to climax in order to avoid one. Is there any kind of a medication you can take beforehand as a preventative measure? I have been on beta blockers and triptans for migraines, but they can sometimes make me drowsy. I hope you can work with your doctor to manage these migraines, so you can get back to fun time without feeling like you want to die afterwards. Good luck OP, I'm rooting for you!

This used to happen with me when I first started an intense sexual relationship. It is very very painful. You have to wait like 2 weeks before having an ****** to let it heal kinda. It's hard but it fixed me
