that sucks! not to take away from this but why are you checking your texts when you have a rush of customers?

shouldnt have checked your texts at work

As much as that does really suck, you shouldn't have been checking your texts at work. I work retail and we have strict no cellphones on the floor policy, I would imagine that goes for most places. I know it also sets a very bad image in front of the customers when you do so... don't expect sympathy, they expect service not associates checking their cellphones.... plus they're jerks anyway. Still that was very low of him, and I do feel bad for you. Just doing that over text was pathetic. You're better without him, but I know it hurts anyway.

That sucks.. I had a breakup today too, also over text. Guys are assholes. :/
