To the OP: talk to the pair and tell them the options. If she's set on having the baby, then just support them through it.

Obviously these children are far too young for this kind of thing. But I think the worry regarding incest would depend on how long the OP has been married. If these kids have been raised as brother and sister yes I see that as messed up. However, they could have been together for a few months and these children may have been introduced to each other at these ages or may have even been dating before OP's marraige. Either way I hope you can help your family through this difficult time and find a solution that works foryour daughter not everyone on the internet
