Today, I was snuggling with my neighbors four week old kitten while babysitting their kids. I fell asleep, rolled over, and woke up next to a dead kitten. FML

That's just enormous amount of pure fail. You fall asleep while you should be looking after their kids AND you kill their kitten. I hope you don't do this regularly.

4 weeks is too young for a kitten to be adopted. The only way this is possible is if your neighbors breed kittens, and you didn't mention that, so I doubt they do. Nice try. [/sarc]

Well he/she did say "fell" asleep not "took a nap" while babysitting so it doesnt sound completly neglectful, we can't always control our fatigue, though next time (asuming they allow you over again) you should try harder to stay awake. That's unfortunate for you and fluffy. I'd say YDI but nobody really deserves somthing like that ='(

Okay, as awful as this is, why are people saying the OP shouldn't have fallen asleep? If the kids were asleep, why would it matter? Parents sleep while their kids sleep, right? Yes. Yes, they do.
