Today, I was picking up my little sister from school and while waiting I decided to have a smoke. I was caught and was told to go to the principal's office. I'm 23. FML

Today, because I left my wallet at home, I got arrested for "underage smoking." I'm 32 years old. FML
Today, I got a citation from school. My 10-year-old son was caught smoking cigarettes during recess. FML
Today, my parents found cigarettes in my car. After a long argument lasting over an hour, I convinced them that they weren't mine and that I don't smoke. A few minutes later, I went to work. Guess who decided to visit me during my smoke break. FML
Today I’d been saving a weed cigarette, which is legal where we live, until my parents went on holiday. I had just sparked up when they came back home after dad forgot his passport. The lecture I had to endure went on for so long, I think I’d have preferred an old-fashioned beating. FML
Today, I got caught stealing lollies. I am 25. FML
Today, I was pulled over by a police officer because he thought I was skipping school. I'm 24 and we graduated high school together. FML
Today, I was walking to school and decided to be a good citizen by picking up a beer can on the sidewalk. I then walked on to my school's campus where I then got suspended by my dean for "trying to rebel", grounded by my parents for getting suspended, and an MIP from the school's police guard. FML
Today, my mom found out about my brother smoking. She calmly discussed smoking with him. On the other hand, I got yelled at and made to do chores all day despite having a university exam, just because I knew about it but I didn't tell her, because I knew that I would get the short end of the stick. FML
Today, I was smoking while driving. A cop pulled me over and asked if I knew what I did wrong. I thought he could smell the tobacco, so I decided to just admit it. As it turns out, I was going well over the speed limit. FML
Today, I got suspended from school for smoking in the stairs. I'm grounded for a month without my phone, TV or any type of social connection. All of this would seem like a fair enough punishment if I actually smoked, but instead I just smell like my parent's second-hand smoke. FML

inb4 "YDI for smoking" Don't be douchecocks about the OP's lifestyle choice(s), people. That said, I'm pretty sure schools have "NO SMOKING" signs everywhere.

YDI for making your lungs suffer from smoking. THere is a reason we have them you know, and there is also a reason you cough the first time you try smoking. Having said that, you really think your life sucks because you were told to go to the principal's office? How about your life sucks because you're killing yourself?

wow..i smoke occasionally but i don't think it's cool, that's not why I do it. I do it because it calms me down, that's just the way i am, i need something like that. Its people like you who say its "cool" who make people think smokers are idiots. apparently some are..
